This is how people are using there time when not working to actually stay fit. In the article it discusses the idea that instead of using this time to eat they are taking part in physical activity programs that are set up by their company. This includes by is not limited to, yoga and bicycling classes. Also, I watched a show last night on healthcare and how CEO's are becoming more involved with the health. The results have been truly outstanding and have cut costs of many healthcare programs into the thousand of dollars.
